I don't know how i'll cope with such a low goal weight / dress size...

my measurements make me 41 / 32.5 / 40 (size 16 - 18 @ 11 stone 2) (and i've lost 33 lbs)

but i think the smallest i've been in ten years is 36 / 29.5 / 37 (size 12 - 14 @ 10 stone)

34 / 27 / 36 goal measurements, so definitely not more than 9 stone is a guess,

Measurements scare me as I hate knowing my waist measurement, boobs no problem

I will post measurements when I get to goal weight and dress size, as otherwise I think I will give up before I start.

Not sure why some numbers have a negative impact

Re thought about this and have decided to measure the top of my arm as I think this will show a massive difference without having a negative impact

Over Christmas i did put on 10 lbs!
