Measuring yourself rather than jumping on the Scales

As I find Home Scales are so unreliable I have to rely on my Doctor's Scales to tell me how I am doing and as I see him only once a month I need to know how I am doing more often so I rely on measuring myself, let's face it Tape measures can't lie as much as some scales can ;) So I am going to post my Measurement progress here, anyone want to join me?

Start of diet January 2010:

Bust 56"; Waist 52"; Hips 59"

August:

Bust 52"; Waist 47"; Hips 55"

this is a much better way of measuring results (literally!!), i want to join, i'll take my measurements at work tmrw well done joany, youre making real progress there girl! :D x
