meatballs in tomato sauce question- induction

I am a big fan of italian cuisine and I adore meatballs in tomato sauce.

A tin of tomatos has 14g of carbs in it- a lot if you ask me. However if I used half a tin for two servings that would make it 7g right?

The the meatballs would be about 3 maximum for the parmesan, flaxseed and egg.

So that would make it a 10g carb count for an evening meal. Is this alot? would you say it is an acceptable meal for induction?

It's fine really, OK Atkins says you should get most of your carbs from green leafy veggies, but your not going to be eating tomato's every day are you.

Just count the carbs and you'll be fine. :)
