BBQ was great.....so good we're having another one tonight! Mind you, all the meat has played havoc with my digestion! I'm not used to eating much of it and have had terrible tummy ache all morning.hopefully the change might help my weigh in tomorrow though!

Breakfast - large orange and mullerlight

Lunch - 3 wholegrain ryvitas (hexb)with 56g cheddar (2 hexa) free onion chutney. 1 cold homemade burger and a mullerlight.

Dinner - sausages x3 (1.5 syns), homemade burgers, salmon and homemade coleslaw. 2 snack size wholemeal rolls(hexb), salad.

Pudding - strawberries with vanilla mullerlight

OMG....I lost 5.4lb this week........so happy!!!!

Ooops haven't been on here for a few days because I've been so busy and have tried to remember what I ate but I can't I'm afraid. (Have a mind like a sieve at the moment!!!). I ahve however come well under on syns and have stuck to plan 100%.

Todays food -

Snack - a very small portion of leftover spaghetti with tomato sauce and a nectarine

Pudding - slice of bulgar wheat cake (3 syns) and a Fru mini dessert (didn't quite realise how 'mini' they were and although gorgeous was a little disappointed at the quantity to synnage ratio!! - 9 syns for a mouthfull!!!!)
