Hello Everyone,
I hope this will be my last attempt at losing weight, I have had so many failed attempts spanning 20 years and as my 40th bday looms in Feb I hope this will be my final push. I have pretty much done them all and found CD and LL to be the best. I hope to follow CD until I reach goal and then move up the steps to maintenance. I am on day 1 and my vitals are:
Start weight 16st 9lb
I am 5'2" and currently in a size 20.
My first goal is to complete my first day 100% SS
My Second is to complete 3days 100% SS
My Third goal is complete 7days 100%
My Fourth goal is to get into the 15's
My fifth is to get to 14st 9lb (2 stones) which is also the lightest I have been for several years.
