Hi Lisa, I have been reading your posts but was feeling a bit down myself over the weekend, hence I did not contact you becasue I did not want to make you feel worse - haha what a pair eh?I am doing ok but have been hungry since SS+, absolutely dreading weigh in on Wednesday, but have decided to hide my scales from now on. I am turning into a scale hopper which I didn't want to do. My CDC is going away for 17 days soon so dont want to be on and off every day. Anyway, you are right, not long now so ABSOLUTELY HAVE to stick in. How you feeling today?

I have been shopping this afternoon and tried loads of clothes on. I am a size 14 in all shops, a size 12 in some shops. So, officially I am a 14 until I can fit into ALL 12's ;). Once I get someone to take my photo I post upload some and show you my holiday dresses.

I am never satisfied though, and I know that. I am too hard on myself sometimes too. I wanted to be a 12 and was a bit upset, but hey, a 14 will do for the time being. I still have a fair way to go on this diet ie. another 1 st. 6.5lb and I think I have put on this week. I will find out tomorrow :(
 
Don't let the 1lb gain get you down hun, it'll be gone by tomorrow. Keep at it, up the water and stay positive- you are doing brilliantly xx
 
Stop scale hopping!!! (my worst habit also.lol) You appear to have done really well this week with keeping a diary and all so even if it is not a major loss this week, you will probably have lost inches. After 3 weeks of losing 1lb each WI, I finally lost 5lbs so stick to it and it will come off xxx

Thanks ladies. The scales are now in the boot of my car :). I have been 100% again today, which is pretty tough going walking round the Metro Centre all day :(. Went to the sun bed after that. I usually go on the standy up type but felt like a bit relaxation tonight and had a lie down one. I have never fainted in my life, but tonight is the nearers I have ever got to feeling like I was going to faint. The room, and me, were spinning. I had to hold onto the sun bed and deep breath for about a minute. Think I had done too much on only one pack. Anyway, I'm rabbiting again. I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow. Please please please let me have lost something.

Hey Mia, chin up and forward march, yes you blew it tonight but tomorrow is another day and another week to WI, you may have not lost much this week, but you did SS+ 1 day and have a twix another day, stay 100% this week and I am sure your weight loss will be much better next week, you are so close to goal only 8lb to your holiday weight and you should still be able to do it.... so tomorrow is another day, good luck.
 
It was still a loss Mia!! You are going in the right direction and considering you had a mars one day and a twix on another day shows that if you really stick this with you could have a really good loss next WI. The quicker you get to goal the quicker you can move on from this part of the diet.

Thanks. I know I've only got 8lb to goal but I am not convinced I am going to do that in 3 weeks, not considering my s***e losses:cry:.

Hey, losing it for good, the mars bar was last week and the twix was this week :D:D:D What do you think I am? I could NEVER eat two whole chocolate bars in ONE week :8855::8855:. Anyway, considering what I've put away tonight its going to take until next week to get back into ketosis. I am stupid sometimes:wave_cry:.

Get weighted on Monday next week, 2 days early coz CDC is off to Las Vegas until 9th July.
