Yes, I have very few bars. I love bars and I love mousse and try my hardest to do without, but sometimes I feel I can only deprive myself of so much can't I? I do however, find I lose more weight when I don't have them, but sometimes I just HAVE to chew
. OMG I have even been doing without fizzy water becasue I read something on here about it slowing weight loss - I just can't think of anything else to do !!!!!
Anyway, had a 100% day today so I have got my 'in the zone' head back on. Tried clothes on today whilst shopping and it has put me back on track. I am fine today. Thanks ladies.
