Awww Mia hun, 1.5lbs is great cause you had a big loss last week. Don't beat yourself up, just keep on plugging away at it and keep those scales in the boot of the car- just don't pull over to the side of the road and whip them when you're having withdrawl symptoms, you'd look like a crazy lady
 
Hungry again today, thats what I get I suppose after yesterday :(. I have been 100% today but its going to be hard tonight. I am off to get ready now because I am off to my friends house. Its her birthday on Sunday but she's away on holiday tomorrow so she's having her 'do' tonight. There'll be about 30 there and she always puts a good spread on. Must dash and get showered and ready now but not looking forward to the temptation. Now I have tasted food, it is more difficult. I will update my diary when I get back

Hi, well I got up today with all good intentions of staying 100% for 3 whole weeks. That didn't last long. One of the guys in work shouted at me (big looooooooong story), and he knows I like cooked chicken from Morrisons. Next thing I know, theres a chicken on my chair lol :)

So, I've had a chicken leg and a bit of breast for my dinner :(. Can't stop cheating. Do you find it is harder to stick in the nearer you get to goal?
 
The only cheating I have done is having soya milk in my coffee (can't drink it black) other than that I have been good but now I only have a short way to go I keep thinking well it won't matter if I have a bit of this or that.lol I think if I eat anything I won't be able to stop so am resisting for now. If things are really that bad I just jump into bed at 7/8pm- but I haven't got any kids or a hubby so I know most people can't do that!

Anyway if you are going to eat, chicken is probably one of the best things you can have- avoid the skin and any seasoning though. Don't be too hard on yourself- maybe move to SS+ 810 for this last few lbs if you need to xx

Awww Mia, your not doing too good are you? it really is so much harder near goal, all that motivation is gone once you start LIKING what you see in the mirror. Big hugs to you, i know you can get back on track xxxxx
 
It is definitely harder the nearer you get goal. :( For lots of reasons I think. (1) that golden 'honeymoon' period is over, LOL (2) people stop commenting on your weight loss as much so you don't feel quite as motivated (3) you actually don't mind looking at yourself in the mirror so much cos you've lost the bulk of the weight already.

But I know you can do this. Even on the days that you've 'failed' you still don't seem to have eaten very much from a calorie point of view. So you'd still be losing weight overall - it's just that with the water fluctuations it won't show up so much.

Dare I make an observation though? This might be something you've already noticed. I was looking at your daily diary bit of what you've been having - and couldn't help but notice that on the days you have bars you seem much more likely to lose the plot. Now this is something that I know has happened to me, so I was just wondering. Have you tried having a week without the bars? It's not that having them affects weight loss, I don't think, but they can make you hungrier, IMHO.

Just a thought. :)

Yes, I have very few bars. I love bars and I love mousse and try my hardest to do without, but sometimes I feel I can only deprive myself of so much can't I? I do however, find I lose more weight when I don't have them, but sometimes I just HAVE to chew :). OMG I have even been doing without fizzy water becasue I read something on here about it slowing weight loss - I just can't think of anything else to do !!!!!

Anyway, had a 100% day today so I have got my 'in the zone' head back on. Tried clothes on today whilst shopping and it has put me back on track. I am fine today. Thanks ladies.

Well done for getting back on track, it is really hard the nearer to goal you get, and I have tried some clothes on tonight which were a bit tight a few weeks ago and they are still flippin tight, even though it would appear I have lost another 7lb since I last tried them on, so now I am very disheartened and thinking that I am going to have to lower my goal weight which means struggling to stick to this diet for longer, feels like it will be near Christmas before I get there.... lets hope I feel more positive tomorrow....

Keep up the good work hun, we will all get there eventually...

Woohoo Mia, another 100% day, unlike me who went out with hubby and our 2 little boys for dinner, I wont mention what I ate, but it definately was not 810 CD... have drunk tons of water and did half an hour on cross trainer trying to burn it off, but it was a conscious decision I knew I would eat before I got there, so need 100% 810 from now onwards...

I am still a size 12 on top Mia, and have so much flab around my tummy which I need to shift, I want to be a size 10 all over, and sometimes even 12s dont fit my top, wish we could pick which part of use we wanted to lose weight from. I just want to get down to 10 stone and a healthy bmi...
 
I know how you feel.I wish we could choose where we lost it from too. I am so wierd shaped, I have skinny arms, skinny legs, and big bellies. I am wearing a 14 in some shops, 12 in other shops. My aim is a size 10.

I don't blame you for having your meal with your family. We need to live our lives too! I think when we know what we are going to do, and make a conscious decision to do it, it's easier. You know you have to get back on track and you will. You look great and I am sure you will reach goal. I am having a mini challenge with another girl from the forum and we msn each other every night with our weight and how we've done that day. It's really working for me becasue I think if I feel like cheating (which I haven't felt like doing yet), I will let her down as well as myself. If you are only 10st 7lb you are on the home stretch, what is your BMI. You cannot be that far off?

Hi Laila, thanks. I try my hardest but my losses are really terrible. I lose really really slowly. Only lost 7.75lb this month. I cannot compete with some of the girls on this forum and sometimes I am embarrassed about it :(.

I plan to stay 100% until 9th July.

Yes, it is Turkish it means "without dreams we have nothing" and believe me, I have lots of dreams haha ;)
