I have had my worst ever day on CD today. I admit I have picked at minor things here and there but tonight I have went totally overboard. Also, for the first time since January (even before I started CD) I have had a drink. A glass of red wine.
I am aware that I probably won't lose this week
, but if I can just stay the same until my holidays, well I can't complain. I am not going to reach my first goal by then anyway, think I was depending on the 'stone a month' loss on CD and it just hasn't worked that way for me. Anyway, here is my diary - see for yourself what a total idiot I have been
. I feel like saying 'sod it' and giving in on one hand, and on the other I want to stick at it. I feel like I am letting myself (and others) down. I will start again tomorrow but another wasted week. How stupid am I????
