ooo hello you! nice to see someone on here lol

They are not as great as green/EE after a couple of weeks it starts to get hard and im craving some carbs now....i usually use my syns to add some to my dinner (although its not much)

I just dont loose weight when i do green days, although i might start doing one a week soon if the cravings get worse xxx
