Hello Red! How you doing hun?

Its going okay, ive decided to have soups for lunch see if it speeds things up. Made a batch of butternu squash soup yesterday.

Red days can be boring sometimes, lots of chicken and salads, and i need to start eating more fish! x

Oh I love butternut squash soup, I put Schwartz Thai seven spice in mine to heat it up a bit, and carrots, onions and red lentils. Gorgeous. No good for a red day with the lentils though, but yummy for a green day.

I'm not a fan of the quorn lamb steaks either, on the other hand I tried the quorn meatballs in a spicy veg sauce on Monday and they were lovely.

Do you have this month's magazine Mia? There is a recipe for spicy chicken drumsticks (but the marinade would work just as well for chicken breast). I made it at the weekend and it was really nice. If you don't have the recipe I could share it with you.
 
I have got the magazine thanks hun, i need to try out a few different recipes. Made the chicken curry from the SW website tonight it tastes nice, will use thigh meat next time though
