Extra Easy milk? oh & wheetabix.......

How do you guys measure your milk for tea? I'm only planning on having 1 cup of tea in the morning and don't wanna use it as my healthy extra, but looking at the syn is says 100mlb is 1.5 syns. I doubt is use 100ml I only take a little dash.

And.....

Wheetabix 2 biscuits, free or syn? Thanks x

Milk is half a syn a dash and weetabix are 2 for a healthy extra B choice, or 6 syns.

I use two table spoons of semi skimmed milk which is 0.5 syns
