Day one tomorrow
Desperately searching for how much I'll lose on the first week.... first month etc
weighed myself yesterday 11.5 stone
I'm 40 & had 4 children
....

It is difficult to say how much you will lose in the first week or first month as you are starting at a lowish weight but the first week could be between four to ten pounds and around a stone or more for the first month on TS.

One thing is for sure the weight will come off on TS.

Plus got a yoga class in yesterday... just can't wait!!

Had porridge breakfasts, shake lunches, dal & curry for suppers... bit hungry but not ravenous or starving ☺

So yesterday was my boy's 8th birthday made it no cake ☺ today we're off to see my dad & step mum... always endless treats and tomorrow my twins turn two take it meal by meal... then back at work Monday & should get easier x happy new year x
