Hope I've not started something which has already been done, but I knew nothing about these my first time around so thought I'd give em a go. Tesco were out of ground flax so I've bought linseeds and have ground them myself ( mortar and pestle - think that's burnt off enough calories !! Lol) I hadn't got any baking powder and they were also out of cinnamon. So have made without and used nutmeg. It looks weird but smells lush...... Here goes nothing x

Hmm they were weird, could come in handy when in desperate need of a bread type food but think I'll try the oopsy rolls next time x

Haha! Know what you mean stormy. I thought they were weird but started tasting ok just as I finished it. That was Sunday and I've not yet made another.

Let us know how the oopsies go, I am yet to try them

i cant make oopsies to save my life im not sure on the taste aswell

can u add sweetner to them i did i like sweet things

I've not tried yet Jessie, need to buy yet more eggs.... And then there's the fact that the kitchen is more like an alien land to me x lol
