Mini Goals For W/e 27th January*****

Update on Goals...

I love this thread... hopefull ywill keep me on track

1) To stick to SS 100%
2) To go to the gym three times this week (been this morning so 1 down)
3) To drink at least 3 litres of water a day
4) To spend as much time with my DS as possible

Well.. I've done OK.. so far ;)

1) Well... almost... was led astray twice... but both minute (so I'm not counting them!!! neither took me out of ketosis)
2) Went to the gym twice but did skipping and situps last night and just sit-ups tonight so think that's ok/
3) Done
4) Done ;-) It's his first week at Nursery!

So, I think a 7.5/10 week (as long as I'm good tomorrow!) :)
 
these are some great goals, wish id seen this post earlier! good luck folks, hope theres a similar thread next week which i wud def join!
