Miss Mac diary - A fresh start!

Yay 25 days is excellent self control Miss Mac. Taking it one day at a time is obviously working well for you. Well done for sticking to your plan.
£1000. Thats a bit steep, who would be able to afford that. I think there would be uproar if they try to charge that !!!
 
One day is what I'm doing too miss mac :)
And if I do falter im getting straight back to it this time. None of this 3 days off plan because I eat something I shouldn't !
I guess it ultimately gets you there quicker eh ?

Yes one day at a time still all adds up.
Its like not looking at the whole amount of weight i need to lose. If i do that its too daunting and seems almost impossible so im not doing that this time either!
Next i want to lose 3lb, im not looking ahead any further than that and if it doesnt happen this weigh in then it doesnt matter, ill make by the next!

Absolutely a good idea about only falling off for one day. If you can get back on it damage is minimal if not it spirals out of control!!
 
I'm doing it one day at a time too though am secretly hoping to be TS through till about 20th June lol - when I first did a vlcd (LL) I think I did just over 120 days so am definitely hoping to do something similar. I think LL said you could lose 5st in 100 days and I did it in just over that I think, I'll have to get my record cards out and check.

if I can do it and lose 5 st then I'll be at my lightest in 21 years, the last time I was in the low 13's - crazy!!

Enjoy day 25 and well done on cooking the big brekkie and not faltering :D
 
So i have just been through my old diary and have realised that i have never done more than 4 weeks TS!!!

I thought i had but it turns out that my first good attempt lasted 4 whole weeks then i had a night out and had the day after low carb. Got back on it for 3 whole weeks, did aamw and then i basically fell off.

Second good attempt did 4 whole weeks then had a small gain for no reason so had the night off. Managed another 3 whole weeks then fell off again.

There were other attempts along the way but they were all rubbish!!

The similarities in both the good attempts are scary!
4 weeks, night off, 3 weeks.
Lost just over 2 stones
Got to around 14st mark

So this has made me realise i am hitting number 1 danger zone.
Wednesday sees me complete week 4!!
I now know that i MUST make it into february to break this cycle.

Still a long way off danger zones 2 and 3. One of those is because my start weight was a lot higher this time round!!

So im on a mission!!!! Avoid ALL danger zones!!!
 
So well done MM I am chuffed for you day 25 is really amazing you have done so well - you're so focused it's fab x

You've done soooo well to get this far. You are doing amazing and I totally agree, stay away from those danger zones ;-) you've got the self control there, so keep it going. End of wk 4 isn't far away now hun xx

Weekend is going well.
I remember one time when i did this diet every single second of the weekend was a pure struggle!!

Its horrible outside today, so pleased i dont have to go out!!
