How has today been ?:)
 
Have you tried freezing the shakes so that they are like a hard mousse. I might try that today with a Banana one mmm??

No never tried that.
Did fancy an icepop a couple of weeks ago so could try making them with the shakes if i fancy it but a bit too cold at the minute i think.

Today has been very lazy! :)

Just done my ironing but thats literally all i have done. Been reading lots of diaries of people doing exercise though so that has worn me out hehe!! ;)

Will cook something for my son in a bit and dye my hair as far too much grey coming through and thats as much as my day involves.

I have got a busy few weeks coming up with work n other stuff so im making the most of chill out weekends :)
 
Well done on getting stuck into month 2, when are you going to try on your jean shorts again? Xxx
 
I was thinking about that yesterday.
I went back through my diary to see when i tried them on and it was only a couple of weeks ago just before weigh in at 15.7 so i have only had one more weigh in coz im now at 15.5 so dont think they will fit yet!
Might try them on weigh in day and post progress pics though it might be good to keep me going :)

I have just made a major mistake!!:(

I just looked ahead and realised the enormity of the task ahead.

It is going to take me 3 months of pure TFR just to get back to my lowest diet weight of 13.10!

I cant believe that when i was 13.10, i didnt just keep going. Why the heck did i give up there and pile the weight back on and MORE!

Whats more is that i didnt just get there once, 13.10 is a weight i achieved a few times! I had loads of chances!!

Thats whats annoying me so much its that it would have been bad enough going back up to the original weight without the added extra!!

So now, because i went so high up the scales it is going to take me so much longer to get back down again.

One day at a time was working so well now it feels like a mammoth task!!!
 
I'm the same MM! This is the last time :) we will nail this... X Ht 5ft 1 Start wt 14st BMI 37. Wk1 -18lbs, BMI 33.6 Wk2 -2 BMI 33.2, Wk3...

Its got to be. Every time gets longer and longer!! x

I too did so well earlier, getting down to just over 14 stones - only to start this year at 19 stones, 25lbs heavier than when I first started.

I have put all that, and the guilt, behind me.

This is my year - and yours too! :D

Aw MM. I know it seems like a long task but that time will fly past. Don't think ahead to much, you can do that when you get back to that initial weight you were. We all get to the point where we realise that the yo yo-ing has to stop. A lot of us seem to be at that point now. We have a good few months before the weather warms up. By then you will be a lot smaller & a lot happier. You know what the alternative is & none of us want to be there. Keep going, we are all rooting for you MM X

Now, on this real time, you will get to goal and you will maintain.
Continue to count one day at a time on this real time :), and you will make it happen :)

Susie you are so right!

I have a list of foods i would like to eat but i also have another list of why i want to do this diet and try to add things to the list when i feel weak.
Main points on my list are to feel good and enjoy the summer for the first time in years!!
I dont want to be on a diet this summer. I want to eat a summer salad because it is crisp and refreshing not because im on a diet and i want to eat cherries without feeling guilty!!

These are a few of the things on my why list and your post just reminded me of them!! :)

One day at a time works for me.

February is a short month and i have lots if little one day things going on in it so im just gonna cross each one day off at a time and see how the accumulator works :)

Just keep positive and take one day ay a time and remember that these next few months of doing this are going to be so worth it when you're fitter, healthier, more confident and life is just bloody good!

I still have a night out to slim down for and im definitely not there yet. And i really want to go out again!!
