    Hello all,
Well what a busy ol' day!!!! Just sat down! Got up at 6am after insistent daughter made me did 2 lots of washing and drying had half a shake went to asda (again) bars are 3 for £2 so figured may as well brought hubby his lunch for next week and a surprise new bed set for the "angel" got home mum called to meet in town (at 10:30) so put shopping away and straight back out normally a quick cuppa and look around but my home till half 3 had other half of shake then little one wanted to bake so made 2 different treats. Made her tea got her sorted an she's just in bed. And now I'm eating my bar (second meal) I really dont i can squeeze in 3rd meal today I'm ready to sleep now and not hungry!! Eating bar coz I should plus baking and me (bad combo lol) I can't drink the shake in 1 as it makes me feel sick even within an hour or each one. Plus expecting a stress head call from hubby as he's had a really really bad day at work Plus being away makes him very Grumpy!!!! I did however get my sandals back after being fixed for over a week! How's everyone else's day been???Xxxx

You will lose more weight if you take the third packet, try a shake, dilute it well. It really helps to have all three.
Good day for me today, I am getting a serious clothes addiction though... Its nearly pay day.

So glad you have had a good day!!! Roll on the payday nothing makes you feel better than new clothes.
Aww I love shopping and the autumn/winter colours are appearing in some lovely clothing... Shame I can't afford anything yet and when I do I spend on daughter or house :/
Hubby not long called with bad news :( he's been working away mon-fri for past 4/5 months the next job is london (working away) then the one after which starts October is away and if when that's done another lined up again away so poss looking at next 12 months only seeing him for 2 days a week.

    Hi all,
I'm probably being thick but why do we lose more weight if we have all three packs?

I think it's down to the packs contain all the nutrients and vitamins the body needs to survive if it doesn't or you skip you body then panics thinking it's not getting enough food etc
I know the basic and the answer really but really couldn't face a full shake my stomach doesn't like it in one go! I'm dying on my sofa now xxx

its really important to have all 3 packs, the FDA recommends that 600calories is the ABSOLUTE minimum for a human being to survive on each day, and besides that, being on such a low cal diet, you NEED the vital nutrients that are in each pack.

Yeah sometimes it is hard to have all 3 when you aren't hungry but you have to make yourself, or else your body will starve and start consuming muscle tissue rather than fat. xx
