On Golower diet.
Week 1 completed, Yippee lost 4 pounds.
Only 30 more pounds to go. :eek:

I do like the Golower meals. So it has not been a huge prob sticking to the diet. I did not really feel hungry and found it easier to say no to tempting food. (Used to cave in about 2 seconds of having been offered chocolate or seeing someone eating one.) But surprisingly this first week haven't really been craving it although I did cheat and have some sandwiches (carbs) and a dark choc kitkat yesterday. Still managed to lose wgt which is good.

Went to the gym and did some Ceroc dancing as well this week. Told by Golower Support team to eat high protein food before going to gym as might end up losing muscle instead of fat. yikes.

Now onto Week 2. Hope I continue to stick to diet.
