Mix 2 Match Plan

Hello everyone!

Does anyone remember how to do the mix 2 match plan? I used to do it years ago and got on pretty well with it. I miss not having 2 a & b choices :( Can anyone help?

I can remember that you have either red or green at each meal time and you take the highest syn value bu can't remember the rest??

Thats it basically- I lost 6 stone on this once! I do extra easy now but I have the 2 heathly b's but just syn it so I start each day with 2 hex b's and 1 hex a and 6 syns-and follow EE that really works for me as everything is geared to the extra easy plan.

I remember from memory the rules for mix to max are, I may have some of it wrong!

green or red for each meal

superfree snacks only

highest syn value counts
