Chippy fish, removed most of batter, will add 4 syns to be on safe side.

Packet of Frazzles. 4.5 syns.

EVENING DINNER
Heck sausages 1.5 syns, Oxo roasties and carrot mash.
 
THURSDAY 23RD NOVEMBER 2017

BREAKFAST
2 bacon, 2 eggs on 2x wholemeal bread (HEB)
3x coffee, milk from HEA plus 3 syns for sugar.

DINNER
Carvery. Had turkey and gammon (no fat or skin). Carrots, Cabbage, Sprouts, sweetcorn, boiled potatoes and 2 small roasties (2 syns?), also a bit of gravy (1 syn).

Pint of lime and soda.

I am craving comfort food and sweet stuff shockingly tonight, some months im om but I dont feel well at all tonight with it.

I think it is great that you remember to put your food on every day. I mean to then "forget" when I have a bad day. Need a reminder I guess to make a note as soon as I start eating.

I omitted Friday on purpose, been a bit busy and I class it as my cheat day for as long as it will let me. Sometimes I put it on sometimes I dont.
