Skipped as too busy...not the best thing to do.

2 fiber one lemon drizzle bars.
Personal choice and may not work but as they are 5.2g of fiber per bar...they could be a HEB if less than 70kcals so I am gonna class them as a HEB and add 2 syns for the extra calories. Again...this is just my choice and is not in any information whatsoever.

EVENING DINNER
Steak, actifry chips (1 syn for oil), carrot mash.

Today not been the greatest, could have done with more fruit and veg but not had a very good day with certain other things not food related.
