I was a bit...well...completely smashed on Friday...certainly not big or clever and I completely lost a day. I did however, stick to plan Saturday with the help of SW microwave meals lol. Heres todays anyway...

Chicken curry and jacket potato...made with SW Jalfrezi sauce...bit bland...prefer my own.

2nd iron tablet with 200ml fresh orange juice 4 syns...this sucks a bit but doctors orders if I want to get better.

Extra coffee (2-3 hours after as I know I cant have caffiene with it) 1 syn for milk 1 for sugar.
