Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausages, 2 eggs, beans and spinach.

Made the PON snickers rolls....they did not look great but tasted lovely. Being as I have no easter egg and no one wanted them I happy munched my way through them haha. 9 syns....worth it for an easter sunday treat.

No more syns for me today.

Fruit doesn't help me for breakfast..

BNS chips. Not had them for ages. I have one in the fridge. May have some with my boiled bacon tomorrow. .... That is if I remember to cook it.
