Breakfast- 1slice wholemeal toast 2
low fat spread 1
1 egg 2
2 turkey rashers 1
1 teaspoon olive oil 1
Total so far 9/31 ( 22 left)
Not sure what having the rest of the day yet,need go shopping !!
