Hello all im know stranger to VLCD's recently started LL but the cost was far to high so i have changed to Slim and save im day 2 and loving the meal packs so much lol.

I will post daily and really hoping to shift this weight by the end of June..

veryy hard lol after 5pm really.

day 35 is amazing how much have u lost ?

I always find it tougher in the evenings too. A stone- week 5 WI tomorrow but looking like sts!
