Monthly Challange

I have been so rubbish and not even tried to stick to the diet. I have spent the last week in New York and am feeling determined now to stick to the plan. I have just dug out my SoloSlim packs ready for tomorrow, just got to find the motivation to stick to it.

I want to try to lose a stone in October now. My plan is to stick to Solo until I have eaten all my pouches (about 2 and a half weeks) and get back to the gym. I have always wanted to be a gym bunny hehe. I will probably end up buying more Solo pouches as I really enjoy doing the plan.

I have thought about that but I find the solo packs fill me up more and are yummier. I have decided to join a class so I may go back to eating 'normal' food yet.
 
I only lost 1lb this week. Don't know what I'm doing wrong :( I lost inches though
 
Another 2.5 off for me, so thats 6.5 so far in Oct!

16.5lb in 3 weeks, whoop whoop
