10,000 steps is roughly 5 miles or 8 kilometres I believe.

I find that it takes me 10 minutes to walk 1,000 steps (roughly)

That makes sense...I walked 8.73km the other day and did 13227 steps so that works out roughly!!

hmmm... Just did 4300 steps and 2.65 km. So I was wrong... bring on the humble-pie LOL.

lol....wish it was a lot more steps per mile oh well!!
