Morning Gang!

    Back at home and back on line .... Yippeeee - packs grabbed, water 1 litre down already and I'm off to get this last ickle bit of poundage off me forever!

    I'm back on SS+ as of this morning! I have enjoyed more than a glass or 2 of delicious rose, shiraz is my fave! But thats it - I've managed to maintain at approx 10st 6 but just want that little bit extra off for me holiday in July & Butlins fest up!

    I am also - as of today doing 50 crunches a day! Well it started yesterday ;););)...

    Right - my pipes are all but fixed and I am having further work done but thats merely cosmetic, I am also having my garden ripped up...

    My mum's helped me out financially - fankoooooo Mummy!

    Sue - fabbo on ya 150 days, well done you are inspirational!

    I'll go and have a snoop round and see what you are all up to!? xx
