Been off plan most of last week and have gained 3lb. Not bad considering, daughters first holy communion and football tournament (5 hours on the BBQ) back on plan this week :)

As Brian's mother said in the life of you're a very naughty boy!

Still hopping on and off isn't that bad I thing I guess and after a weight gain you're bound to have a good loss next week if you stick to the path.

Everyone here seems to suggest W1 is the hardest before ketosis kicks in but I don't find that the case - W1 is when you have maximum enthusiasm and to me it's more difficult to maintain.

Still onwards and downwards as they say in Greece and on the exante diet!

Glad to hear you've jumped straight back on .... only a few pounds gained and I'm sure you'll shed those and more on your next WI x
