lunch: ham and 1 fried egg (1 syn) with med portion sw chips
midafternoon:
dinner: grilled chop, fat removed with brown rice and salad + fat free dressing

back from hols .. so back on sw to try and lose what im guessing ive put on in 5 days!!

midmorning: 1 red apple, melon fruit salad, 1 alpen light bar (3 syns)
lunch: jacket potato, 2 tsp flora (2 syns) very low fat cott cheese + side salad, 1 shape fruit yogurt
midafternoon: 1 alpen light bar (3 syns)
dinner:
treats: 2 chupa chups (4 syns)
