ProPoints My 3rd Week :D

When i first started ww i was eating loads of salad....and now i think i'm a little fed up with it haha..going to make sure i get some in when i can though :D
 
Yesterday food

Breakfast

fry up breakfast at work rounded it up to 20pp

Lunch

Banana and grapes - 0pp

Dinner

Beef hotpot ww - 6pp
Abit of shish kebeb :( boyfriends fault! - say 4pp?

Don't think i went over anyways

Nearly Monday!


Brought more clothes (size 16) check me out haha :D

Well done Vicky. And I totally get the bad food thing. I love it, although I must say if I was still in Oz I would probably eating a load more fried food. Yummm. Anyway,

Just started WW and have a load to lose. This is what I ate yesterday, I am wondering if it looks right?


Breakfast
porridge and skinny soy milk
2 hash browns
1 glass juice

Lunch
r ryvita and skinny cottage cheese
pea, bean and mint dressing pot
1 diet coke
1 skinny cappuccino
pretzels for afternoon snack

dinner
1 piece dominos garlic pizza bread
1 slice dominos chicken pizza
1 ww chocolate pudding
1 plum

Any advice would be great.

Yes...i have my fried breaky every Friday haha always keep my points for it. Thats the good thing about ww i can still have what i want! haha and i have cut my breaky down abit too :( only have one sausage and 1 bacon hehe used to have 2.

Yeah i've decided that i'm going to have a clear out of my wardrobe and sell afew things on a carboot or ebay etc ..

How are you feeling for Mondays weigh in?

Breakfast

30g coco pop moons n stars with 125ml semi skimmed milk - 5pp
Banana - 0pp

Lunch

Actually missed lunch so just had afew snacks before dinner (was a little late)

Sour cream snack a jacks 22g - 2pp
ww caramel mellow - 1pp
ww cornetto - 4pp
Banana - 0pp

Dinner

Well was ment to have dinner but wern't too hungry :(

So had ww cheesey nachos - 2pp
2 slices ww cheese - 2pp
2 tbspns hp bbq sauce woodsmoke - 2pp
(put them together in the mic for about 1 min)
Nom nom

Didn't eat anything then until 11 last night :(

little chicken bites (about 10) - dont know the points

Maltesers (half a box) my baaaadd :cry:

Well i used 18/31pps before the late night feast on chicken bites and maltesers...

Don't intend on eating for the rest of the day now..

Just stepped on the scales too, not looking good for my 1st week anyways!

Hope the monring tells me different.

Might experiment with the scales in the morning as they don't seem to know what they are doing!

I actually don't know my exact weight :(

Stepped on my new scales and i've lost 3lb...

13st 7 lb now :) another 3 and i've lost my 1st stone!

Binge day

Well yesterday went bad and i mean bad :(

The morning went well but lunch and dinner went bad!

Breakfast

17g kellogs cornflakes 125ml smei-skimmed milk - 3pp
ww yoghurt - 1pp
banana - 0pp
sasuma - 0pp


Lunch

6 spring rolls ( they were medium not large haha) - ?pp
2 samosas (quite big) - ?pp


Dinner

Pringles (big tub) - ?pp
Penguin bar - 3pp
can coke - ?pp

Didn't bother counting from lunch

Guessing i've used up all my weeklies, and probably gone over...what do you guys think??

Well I remember a big tub of pringles used to be around 20 Points on the old system (discovery ) . Dont worry about it now Vix just start a new day today . Dont leave it to chance .try to plan it out . We used to talk about the three P's in class years ago

Not a good week

I've done it again :(

Had fish and chips last night...

I only used 6pp in the day though..but still

This week i've been well out of my routine with work etc...so tired.

Ain't done no exercise either :(

Got to learn from my mistakes now lol

Well sticking to my points today (going to try anyways)

Guess it's a gain for me next week..
