Ok mission is to get into my electric blue skinny jeans. I purchased these when I first reached my true weight back in 2011.... I felt amazing in these!!

Right haven't eaten enough today apart from my oatbran & my 3% fat sainsurys sausages (I know they are not allowed but I live off them & they work for me) so I'm off to get some ham & make a start on my water....

Right day 14 but day for 1 for the diary, and not organised enough and not eaten enough and not done my walk :0 however I haven't stopped today, and I've got a nice few hours tomorrow afternoon to myself and I'm gonna get baking my dukan goodies & do a double walk to make up for it!

    B - oatbran porridge
L - half a pack of BBQ chicken pieces
    D - 4 slices ham & 2 light babybels
    1.5 litres water
    tea, dukan hot chocolate
    sugar free chewing gums
    coke zero

only thing is, because I've done attack lost 7lbs in first week then been on holiday & gained 2.4lbs I don't know whether to do 3 day attack again or just go back on cruise PV tomorrow?

i think I'll have a quick weigh in the morning and that will decide it for me!!

Day 15....had a quick weigh to decide whether to carry on PV or PP, 11st 3.6lbs so nearly back to where I was before I went PP... A productive day... Baked 2 dukan sponges, went to sainsburys & got the meat in....bought some quark cos I'm gonna make me some bread :) did my 30 min walk in the rain!!!

    Food as follows

    B Oatbran Porridge
    S Sponge
    L 2 x 3% fat sausages
    S Sponge
    D Minced beef & onions
S 0% fat total Greek yogurt with sweeteners & banana flavouring
sugar free strawberry sweets x 3
    2 sugar free chewing gums
1.5 litres of water & tea

Can't wait for the kids to go back to school to get into my old routine!! Ha I'm such a bad mother. Feeling positive all in all.

Ha ha...I couldn't live without my sugar free werthers originals & I picked up a box of sugar free strawberry sweets from the tills in guess where??? M&S!!! Ha ha....they so hit the spot when I get sugar cravings.

purple, I make 2 sponges at a time, and they last me 4 - 5 days... I have a good 4 slices a day. It's called lemon sponge & it's in the dukan recipe book, but I will put the recipe on here if you haven't got it... It took me a lot of tweaking...but I seriously couldn't do dukan without my sister a fantastic but naturally slim woman cruelly calls it foam!! But when you've lived on ham & eggs for a week when I first tasted it it was like... AMAZING!!

Andi75 Well-Known Member there a recipe for that??? That would make it lush cos you need a large cup of tea to swig it down with!! I'll google it :)

    Thanks purple,

don't beat yourself up about your shake....just get rid of them so you won't be tempted!!

i have to admit I don't know a thing about Cambridge? How do they compare. Is it mostly shakes?

You're menu looks you still want that sponge recipe?

    Day 16, PV

really really good day all round....I wish every day I had on dukan was like this. 1. I wasn't in work 2. I had free time this afternoon child free to eat & cook 3. I went to my fit steps class & loved it 4. I officially had 1.5 litres of water, the first time I actually measured it without guessing!! 5. I made dukan chilli con carne for the first time & loved it... Made 4 portions 2 to freeze 1 for Thursday!

note to self - fill a 1.5 litre bottle of water every day & just drink from that, so I know I'm drinking enough - the downside is I have not stopped going to the loo all day & night long (tmi) which I think proves I wasn't drinking near enough before!!

    B - oatbran porridge
    S - sponge
    L - white fish & mixed vegetables
    S - carrot sticks
D - dukan chilli with cauliflower rice
    tea, water, sugar fee sweets

the only downside was going on my beloved dukan shop & discovering they haven't got wheat bran on it anymore to make my bread or my favourite banana flavouring for my sponges or my yogurt :( got the wheat bran off amazon & will have to do without the banana stuff!!!!

Wow a run!! Well done... Do you weigh every day? How do you find that?

    Sponge recipe

    5 eggs separated
    1/2 jar of sweetener
    40g of sieved corn flour
    zest of one lemon
    Dash of skimmed milk

line a loaf tin with grease proof paper (you can oil it lightly instead but I find it sticks less & less fat with the paper)
    pre heat oven to 180
separate 5 eggs, with the 5 whites in a mixing bowl
with the yolks mix in 40 gms of sieved cornflour
    then add the lemon zest
    then the sweetner
you will probably need a splash of skimmed milk to make the right consistency, it shouldn't be dry or too runny
then whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk until very stiff
then fold in gently your eggy lemony mixture, this will take a while until it's all combined
then cook middle shelf for about 23 minutes

it should really rise in the oven & look like a big loaf of bread but it will go down to tin level this is normal....

i also use dukan cocoa powder instead of lemon zest to make a chocolate one

good luck, in my eyes it's worth it & you can eat the entire thing if you want. Use a serrated knife to cut nice slices off it..

You may need to bake this a few times to tweak it depending on how sweet you like it etc...

Great thread... I must subscribe to it else I don't see you on my mobile! Lovely to see some recipes coming back that I've not tried for ages (and I know what you mean re other people not understanding how we can eat such things when they taste so heavenly to deprived from proper desserts Dukaners!). I'm also interested to see that you're getting away with having the wheatbran and the sausages so, on a PV day, your carbs must be higher than usual. I like to see this sort of thing as it'll make "real life" so much easier thereafter!

Hang in there and keep posting!
PS if the banana flavouring has been discontinued by Dukan, you might find it in Ebay or the like when people pass on those they don't like! Or google "food flavourings" and find the banana one. It'll probably be far cheaper than using the Dukan site anyway. In my day, before the Dukan store opened, I bought my flavourings in a specialist cookery ingredients shop. (I didn't like any of them mind and gave them all to a fellow Dukaner but that's another story!!)
