My Daily Diary (or as near to daily as I can get!)

Hi there,

Just started back on WW Tuesday and thought I'd add my food diary on here. Doing Simple Start at the moment.

Today's food is:-

B: 4 bacon medallions in 2 slices of brown calorie controlled bread

L: Chicken, BNS, Spinach & Lentil curry with ww tortilla wraps made into tortilla chips

D: Chicken Katsu Curry with brown rice and steamed tenderstam broccoli & green beans

S: Mango

Extras: 2 sm glasses of red wine

A bit mad having 2 curries in one day but just was easy as already made and in the freezer!

Hey, as long as its SS friendly two curries is great if that's what you want and you definitely seem to have a good balance of beg there as well. I enjoyed Simple Start, it's very much back to basics and its not always popular but all the little differences add up hugely. Good Luck. :)
 
Good luck on simple start. I love curry but they don't like me unless very mild as I have a hiatus hernia and spicy food sets it off.
