Upping my water intake this week, going to wee all the badness out of me, so have a 2 litre bottle of squash at my desk. When I have water beside me I drink loads of it, will probably have 2 litres before lunchtime.
 
Can you spend a day cooking loads of food then freezing it so that its easier to grab that than the microwave meals?

That's one of the main things I struggle with on SW as it's so much easier to grab 'convenience' food as most of SW food needs to be made from fresh!

Yes, I was meant to do that yesterday, and then we had visitors so I didn't. To be honest, I am just being very lazy at the moment. Dinner can be rustled up in 20 mins and be SW friendly, which lets face it is the same amount of time it'll take to bung a pizza or whatever in the oven.

I'll do the stirfry at lunchtime, which should last us two days. DH and I made a pact yesterday to have our dinner earlier in the evening, around 6pm, so to do that I'll need to be more organised.

I've been same all week. But I have to stop today, or all my efforts will end up going out the window. So I am going to stick to plan today if. it. kills. me.

Or more likely it will kill DH, as if he looks at me crooked I'll go for him.

That man is a SAINT I tell ya!

I got through Monday ok and DH lived to tell the tale. Feel much better now, even with just one day under my (tight) belt.

Wouldn't you know, today I can't face any water. I've had 2 cups of mint tea though. I'll try to drink some water with my lunch, and through the afternoon.

I've my dinner after w/i. If I am hungry beforehand I've a bit of fruit.
