Nom Nom yoghurt drink - 66 calories

Lunch

4 cream crackers with margarine - 144
Cereal bar - 96

Dinner

Meatballs in a tomato and garlic sauce - 500
 
Wow you've done brill already, my little boy is 2 and half and I've still only lost 1 stone of the 3.5 I put on and I was overweight before I got preg, and my boy was 9lb 5oz so I've not really lost a stone, haha I'm so crap at this dieting malarkey.x

Wow well done your doing great! And i never thought of eating cream crackers let alone knowing that they werent that high in calories! Kepp going :) x
