    I am very happy as its 6pm and I've had 3 meals at only 7 points total!

    Breakfast
    Melon grape 1/2 muiller light (1)

    Lunch
    Salad with chicken (2) and mayo (1)
    Banana

    Tomato and basil soup (0!!!)
    2 slices ww bread (2)
    10g flora (1)

    Chef at work gave me a large tupperwear container of the soup she made and it is beeaaautiful! No cream or any naughties added so its 100% free, godsend!!

    Now how to spend my other 22 points :D

    80g pasta and dolmio carbonara stir-in (12) and magnum white (7) hmmmm :)

    ...and 2 jaffa cakes before bed

    I didn't think i could! But the salad was huuuge and so filling, soon hiked up the points with pasta :)

    had some bad days! but doesent mean it'll be a bad week :)

    and later i plan to have...
    mums leftover small cooked dinner (10)

    chicken salad (3)

    Had a double cheeseburger and a mcflurry on the way home :( 23 points...

    Love jaffa cakes but cant stop at one or two I have to eat half the pack lol. When's your weigh in?

    Yeh I had to stop buying them to tempting lol hope your having a good week. I had weigh in tonight so having a wee treat before starting afresh tomorrow

    Fell completely off the wagon for two days after getting disheartened at GAINING in my first week, but no giving up!!

    =10 spare points! For what? :)

    Hellooooooo, just thought I would reply to your post, :) dont worry about falling off the wagon, just take deep breath and start a fresh, food diary looks fine but I think it would prob help if you ate more of your points throughout the day rather than saving and eating in one go at night, I know you are staying within points but it might help, :) xxx
