Sounds good, I don't know how to calorie count pasta though so I'm yet to plan a pasta meal x
 
It has the calories on the pack just weigh it! If I make a pasta bake like tomorrow I weigh the whole lot, then calorie count the entire meal and then figure out the calories for my portion from that x
 
Breakfast this morn -
Bran flakes semi skimmed milk 200 cals
Grapefruit juice - 70 cals
Lunch I've decided against a sandwich and I'm going for a mug shot 251 cals
 
Do those mugshots fill you up til next meal though? They seem like a snack to me or what you have with s sandwich to make a meal haha :p maybe I'm just a pig lol! x
 
I often have it as a snack or with my sandwich too lol but for my lunch altogether I have -
Mugshot, grapefruit, Muller corner, monster munch, kiwi and an apple.
I have with me another apple, Muller normal, banana, plum, WW biscuit for snacks. Also a crunchie if I get through all my fruit and will still be way under calories x
 
Ah it makes sense now with all your other stuff lol, was gunna have a tuna sandwich for lunch but don't know if I fancy it now will see what LO wants at lunchtime I think! x
 
So today so far I've had -
Cereal and grapefruit juice
Apple
Banana
Plum
Kiwi
WW biscuits
Grapefruit
Mug shot
Monster munch
Muller corner
Curly wurly
1 glass flavoured water
1 glass normal water
2 cups tea
Total cals so far 1307 and I'm so hungry but about to have a hot chocolate at 60 cals
 
You've had loads of healthy things though hun so don't worry about it, I've ordered loads of fruit in my shopping that comes Wednesday so I've got healthier snacks! Getting hungry now but going meeting DH on a min and taking LO to the park when we get back will be time to make tea so just gunna have a blueberry muffin before I go so I'm not starving til tea time x
 
I've just had a hot chocolate and 2 chocolate biscuits 180 cals but tea is goin to be chicken Jalfrezi from jar, plain rice and I'll use Fry light and I might split my portion into two so I have some for tomorrow night. The rice should fill me up.
I'm upto 1487 cals, so should have enough.

Ah hubby just text to say him an lo is having chippy for tea. Told him to go without me before I get home. Will power is going to be tested, Although feel a bit sick from my chocolate hit so I think I'll be okay x
 
I get them fabulous bakin boys ones they are only 189cals and it's a big enough portion to feel satisfied with it!
I been really fancying mcdonalds lately but not got a car til weekend so havnt had it as it's 2 buses away lol, I've not had chippy for ages you've done good to say you don't want any x
 
Hehe I couldn't resist lol but trying to be good this week as probably be going out for lunch mothersday x
 
Well as it goes lo wouldn't eat his so I had most his chips, I made hubby take the battered sausage, it was only a tiny portion of chips but that's it for tonight. I have no idea how many calories that would be. I'd like to have some fruit later but I think 6 portions in one day is enough not sure I could eat any more today x
 
Just google and see how much a portion is and figure out from that x
I don't know yet DH is planning something it depends whether weve got car or not but I'm gonna enjoy myself and not worry about calories so just going to be good all week x
 
Ah that's great thanks becca I had 500 left and I've just had a mini twister 45 cals x
