    friday 4th june:(

    coffee morning:)

    Knew this was coming but decided to start on wednesday when i felt ready and have a day off plan today.

    Had a cup cake and two bagels (my lunch) but ate sensibly the rest of the day.:devilangel:

    Thanks for that have reread my book and think i get it now was confusing free food with superfree food.

    :confused: my brother phoned after lunch to invite me for tea having small barbecue got to go but don't want another day off plan so little time to think what to eat.

    survived without going off plan :)
    sure this will happen again need to stock up on food to take in my freezer

    Got to go back to work tonight after having this week home. I work nights so will be up for 24 hours need to plan well.:confused:

    SO TIRED TODAY

    Had the sky man coming today to put in new box He's due at 12 so by time i get back from school should be able to grab a couple of hours sleep.:4635:

    was one of those days running around from 4.30 till 7.30 everyone was having take out (that friday thing) but didn't even want it. Decided to try a pizza (from my recipe suggestions) but forgot to grab tom puree:sigh:. well at 8 decided i needed to eat so had to be something i had in (shopping the weekend).

    no superfree foods to fill my plate :confused:

    Off to wembley to see green day with some friends never going to be able to stick to plan but tried so hard to be as sensible as possible.

    started the day off with fresh fruit salad which i ate on coach didn't have time to eat before we left.

    had already decided to get a subway so choose 12'' piri piri honey oats with salad and light mayo. Ate half when i got to london and half in the queue outside.

    2 alpen light bars and 1 fibre plus bar

    all ate by 3pm:cry:

    Had pitch tickets for inside but ended up in the mosh pit must have burnt some of the calories off:)

    left concert at 10pm:mad: had to get back to victoria for the last coach home. hadn't eaten for 7 hours so blew all my effort trying not to go off plan too much and got portion of chips with mayo.

    so need to have a perfect few days before wed weigh in.

    Another hard day

    off to visit parents (away in their caravan).

    Had bacon, poached egg, mushrooms and 2 nimble before we left.

    Got there about 1.00p.m. starving but found yog in the shop (syn free) and took fresh fruit salad with me.

    My brother was cooking a barbecue not a quorn sausage in the shop but had chicken (skin removed my fav bit:cry:), pork rib, bacon mushrooms, onions and two small potatoes.

    survived another day until.......

    stopped to get chinese on way back had the works :eek: enjoyed it but hope it don't give me a gain.
