    So i thought i would keep better track of what i am eating. (let's see how long his will last)

    Hi mrs2be, hope you dont mind me peaking at your food diary, are you filling your plate with a 1/3 of superfree food with your meals, apparently it is important to do this, I am just reading up on EE and trying to get some ideas as I am normally a red day eater.

    well i do try to now and then, but i have never really done it before as it was'nt compulsory. if my losses do slow down then i will start with the 1/3 superfree :)

    My C explained the EE plan yesterday and said that we must have 1/3 of our plate with SuperFree foods. An easy way would be making veg soup :)

    Thanks Meli, really need to start eating more s/ss food. but my losses are still good (when i stick to the plan :rolleyes:) but i will do when they start affecting them
