My new diary for a new start

Sorry I haven't popped into your diary this week.

:happy096: Well done on losing the lb this week - you're doing so well and it's good that all your efforts are being rewarded. I know it seems like it takes forever, and you are sooo right that it takes longer to lose it than it did to gain it, but you are well on your way now, so don't give up!

Total for today = 20

Breakfast:
Bread = 2.5
Nutella = 1.5
Milk = 0.5

Lunch:
Morrisons half fat chicken dish = 6
veg = 0
Go ahead yougurt bar = 2.5

Dinner:
Bread = 2.5
Prawn cocktail = 3.5

Total - 19
 
Friday 24th September 2010

Total for today - 20

Breakfast:
Bread = 2.5
Nutella = 1/5
Milk = 0.5

Lunch:
jacket potato = 2.5
Prawn cocktail = 5
Go ahead bars x 2 = 2.5

Dinner:
Thai meal and don't know points. This is what I had
Chicken Massaman Curry
Half egg fried rice
Half noodles
I am guessing it's around 8 for curry, 3 for rice and 3 for noodles

So total today around 29. Will make up for it with some exercise at weekend I hope.
 
Monday 27th September 2010

Breakfast:
Bread - 2.5

Lunch:
Pasta - 4
Morrisons tomato and mascarpone healthy eating sauce - 1
Cheese = 2

Snack:
Go ahead bars x 2 = 2.5

Dinner:
2 slices bread = 2.5
Sardine paste and marg - 1
2 rice cakes - 0.5
Mueller light yougurt - 1
Apple - 0.5
shortbread - 2

Total used - 21.5

Exercise:
45mins pole dancing = 3
1hr pilates = 2

Damn, put on one pound this week :cry:

Porridge - 3

Lunch:
2 bread slices = 2.5
Sardine paste = 0.5
Marg = 1
3 rice cakes small = 1

Dinner:
Chicken = 3.5
Veg = 0
Dressing = 0.5

Snack:
WKD = 2.5
Chicken = 1
Go ahead bars x2 = 2.5

Ah well, stood still this week so not happy again. It's so bloody hard to stick to my points! Trying again this week

Sorry you have had a STS - I know only too well how annoying that is! Here's to a good loss at your next WI. Don't give up - it's a marathon not a sprint if you want to keep the lbs off!
