Breakfast:
Bread slices = 2.5
Nutella = 2
Skimmed milk = 0.5

Lunch:
Pasta = 3
Pasta sauce = 1.5
Bread slice = 1
Marg and marmalade = 0.5
Grapes = 1.5

Dinner:
2 bread slices = 2.5
Nutella = 1.5
3 flyers = 1

Total = 17.5

2 slices toast = 2.5
nutella = 1.5
milk = 0.5

Lunch:
2 slices toast = 2.5
2 eggs = 3
tomato ketchup = 0.5
3 go ahead bars = 2.5

Dinner:
Chicken breast with spices on = 4
beans, mangetout and tender broccoli = 0
marg and sweet chili = 0.5

Total used today - 17.5

natural yougurt = 1

Lunch:
Chicken breast = 3
2 slices bread = 2.5

2 pancakes = 3

Dinner:

reduced fat prawn cocktail = 3
marg = 0.5
cheese = 2
chutney = 0.5
Choc = 1

Total today - 24.5 :(
 
Sunday 12th September 2010

Breakfast:
Bread = 2
nutella = 1

Lunch:
Scampi = 3.5
Chips = 4.5
Tartare sauce = 1
Icecream = 5

Snack:
Crisps - 2.5
2 vodka and diet coke = 2

Dinner:
Pasta = 3
Tuna and oil = 1.5
Cheese = 2

Total for today - 28

Exercise today - 1hr and 20 mins on wii fit = 5

Hiya, it's ok I guess, still have days where it's very hard but think I have been trying this week and quite enjoying my new wii balance board as it's fun as well as exercise. My weigh in day is tomorrow morning so we shall see how I've done.

Are you feeling better??

mangetout, tender broccoli and beans = 0
grapes = 1

Snack:
Bread = 2
Nutella = 1

Exercise:
1hr Pilates = 2
45 mins pole dancing = 3

Good luck for your WI tomorrow - :fingerscrossed: for a good loss. Your meals look great so I'm sure you will see good numbers tomorrow on those scales. Exercising is so much easier when you find something you enjoy isn't it.

I'm not too bad thank you - still got stomach issues but I am just making an effort this week to stay closer to my points allowance and see how it goes - it wont beat me!!

Thanks, I weighed in this morning and had lost only 2.5 pounds. Why is it soooooooo much harder to loose than put it on???? :-(
I guess I should be happy about it but have never been the patient type and I want it to happen faster lol

Good to hear that you are trying, I am sure you will get some more off this week then.
Hurt myself quite a lot at pole dancing yesterday but feeling better today so sure I will back to my dance aerobics tomorrow night (hopefully)

Bread and marg - 1.5
Mueller light yogurt - 1
3 flyers - 1

As I forgot to put in yesterday what I have, I can't remember exactly what it was but I calculated it yesterday and remember that figure as 18.5 so not bad.

Also did 1 hour worth of Dance aerobics so reckon I will have earned an extra 4 points.

Lunch and dinner:
Tapas at La Tasca
Strawberry Milkshake
Boost bar
No idea what all these came to put probably a lot more than allowed. Back on the horse tomorrow.

Walked a lot today so reckon I might have earned a couple of points but never mind that.

nutella = 1.5
cheese = 1.5

Yes, lost another two pounds this week so that's make it another 6 before I am back to where I started and then beyond. Still wish I would loose it quicker :rolleyes:

:happy096: Well done on losing the lb this week - you're doing so well and it's good that all your efforts are being rewarded. I know it seems like it takes forever, and you are sooo right that it takes longer to lose it than it did to gain it, but you are well on your way now, so don't give up!
