Breakfast:
Porridge = 1.5
milk and suger = 1

Lunch:
Potato = 2
prawn mayo = 4
salad = 0
choc mouse = 1

Dinner:
Bread = 2.5
Cheese = 4
ham = 0.5

Total - 16.5:D

Oh dear. Not a few good days again! We shall see if I have lost tomorrow or not. Really must get back on track as holiday is now book for 10 weeks time

marg and ketchup = 0.5
egg = 1.5
oil = 1

Lunch:
bread = 2.5
egg and cheese mixture = 2.5
ww crisps = 1
Alpen bar = 2.5?

Dinner:
2 pitta bread pouches = 3
chicken breast = 4
sweet chili sauce = 0.5
crisps = 2

Total = 23.5:mad::mad:

As I didnt' put my points in yesterday, I have actually forgotten what I had however I remember calculating yesterday that I have used 19 points.:)

Right, here we are again, time to get back on track as only 3 weeks to my hols. Starting weight today is 12,12.8 :-(

Anyway, total for today is 20

Breakfast
Special K with skimmed milk = 3.5
kitkat = 2
sweets = 1

lunch:
fish fillet = 1
crisp bread with nutella = 2

Dinner:
Chicken breast with marinade = 3.5
Lettuce, tomato and pepper = 0
dressing = 1
crisps and dressing = 3
Strawberries = 0.5

Total used today = 17.5

Exercise:
45 mins poledancing = 3
1 hr pilates = 2

Hiya, yes, have had the holiday and it was lovely. My mum has just been visiting for 5 days so didn't manage to get back on it but have re-started today and this time, I will get there. Just got a wii balance board as well and will be doing some more exercise on that, did the first session tonight and it was great fun. How are you doing back again??

snack:
3 go ahead bars = 2.5

Total used = 20

Exercise:
40mins on wii fit = 1.5 earned

Hi ya. Nice to see you are back. Glad you had a good holiday and that you are back on track. I had 'blip' where I wasn't logging my food and may have gone off plan a bit but I am determined to shift this 31lb now, it's just soooooo slow!

Exercise today - 1 hour dance class = 4
