My Simply filling food diary

This is for you oneatatime !!!!

Started simply filling last week and lost 2lb in my first week been doing pp previously but wanted a change from weighing everything ...really enjoyed the freedom last week so gonna carry on for a while if I continue to lose xx I'll take it a week at a time xx

Breakfast
fruit and natural yog

Lunch
ham salad with 1tbsp xl Mayo 0pp
Pear
Total 0%

Tea
Salmon salad
Stewed apple and blackberries with total 0%

Snack
Skimmed milk in coffee
Milky coffee before bed

I was going to say that you look like you are doing quite well and hope you continue to have success .. but under the circumstances perhaps I better leave now!! ... :D...lol!

thanks nicola, looks yummy. must remember to get some yogurt this week for our smoothies.

do you find you are eating smaller portions?
i feel i am generally eating less but 3 filling meals a day and the grazing has stopped so that prob why i feel i am eating less.

i feel if this works loss wise its a bit more liveable with longterm. i too get fed up with all the pp and weighing.
at the end of the day its still all about healthy choices.
on pp i would not use them as wisely as my choices are on sf.

fingers crossed i get a loss too
will drop by tomoz :)

Yeah I feel so much more satisfied on this plan and its so much easier to do with a family we can all eat the same now and they're healthier for it too ....when do you weigh in ????

Homemade veg soup with ww wholemeal pitta

Steak and mushroom stirfry
Strawberries grapes and sweetened quark

Snacks
Skimmed milk
Ooops ended up having a bit of a treat night couldn't resist the ice cream in the freezer (low fat but still) hadn't used any of my 49 this week so counting it as that and won't need any till Tuesday when I get weighed and start my new week x

hiya, i wi on sundays and lost 2lbs so very happy with that.

i just about used all my 49ers by yesterday so was pleased about that as see so many posts about eating them all.

i am away monday to friday but aiming to carry on and eat well, without too many slip ups.

have a good week
