On monday 18th June i started the Slimmm Diet Starting weight 11st 10lb target weight 9st
I would like if people would share there experiences with me so it can keep me going on my diet and share ideas for meals etc
Day 1.
Mint choc shake
grave pot - dried fruit
Vanilla shake
no snack
Steamed cabbage with quorn mince (chopped onions, mushrooms and passata sauce)
Dried fruit
2 litres water
4 cups of normal tea
1 hour excercise
Day 2.
Mixed berry shake
Graze pot - nuts
vanilla shake
no snack
Steamed cabbage with quorn mince (chopped onions, mushrooms and passata sauce)
Dried fruit
2 Litres water
3 cups of tea
* In the evening had abit of a headache which is to be expected as your detoxing your body*
Still no cravings BUT im still only on day 3
