My weekly goal

    This is more for me to have a target weight loss to keep me going, I have worked it out at losing between 2-3lbs per week, im hoping to lose more than that a week but hat would then be a bonus :)...i also keep looking at my thin pics from when i went on lipotrim and lost all my weight.

    Current Jan 9th: weight 12st 9lbs: size 18:eek:bese BMI
    By jan 17th - to get to 12st 6lbs} Graduation weight (size 16)
    by jan 24th - to get to 12st 3lbs
    By jan 31st - 12st } Overweight BMI
    By 7th Feb - 11st 12lbs
    By 14th Feb - 11st 10lbs
    By 21st Feb - 11st 7lbs } Normal average weight (size 14)
    By 28th feb - 11st 5lbs
    By 7th march - 11st 2lbs
    By 14th march - 11st
    By 21st march - 10st 12lbs } Pre pregnancy weight (size 12-14)
    by 28th march - 10st 10lbs } Wedding size (size 12)
    by 4th april - 10st 7lbs } GOAL (size 10-12 and little black dress & bikini weight) almost healthy BMI

    end of march - april } introduce healthy balanced diet - try to conceive for baby :)
