i buy the panda licorice its only 2 points and that could help you maybe?
Also i make sure i have olive oil in my diet too..

i have yes and it didnt work nor the lactulose or fibergel ,fruit or veg i feel like im gonna burst wouldnt like to be near me when i do lol.how are you today?

ive just had supper ,ive been really busy today so food fell by wayside lol. dreading tomorrow think its because ive kept track of everything ive eaten i couldnt possibly put weight on(big mistake) but last weeks gain proved that even sticking to diet things may not go as you hope.fingers crossed that ive lost at least the pound ive gained.hope you are well and have a good day today. x

well i did it dont know how but i lost 3lbs woohoo and that was with loo problems lol. im now 16 stones and 2lb and very happy.:D:D:D:D only 0.5 pounds and i will have lost 2 stone.

well i dont know whats going on with my body since starting this diet ,i used to go to bed early and rise late ,now i try to get to sleep and spend more time looking at clock (i seem to have more energy for staying up) but then i wake up at daft oclock and find myself preparing tea for the day and having it all prepared for 8.30am .
