[Elemental]

Hey everyone, just ordered my first load! Expect to see a lot of me over the next few weeks lol. Did exante before but chickened out on day 5 /6 cos i had to start a new job and felt like crap. Also all i want was to munch a bit of lettuce but not bein allowed put me off

Also did atkins and did really well but got braces on my teeth and so living on meat just wasnt working lol.

Fingers crossed this diet will be what i've been waiting for!

Hiya Elemental and Ladyfelsham more lovely newbies great that there is so many new ppl converting to S&S it is much cheaper and the meals etc are lovely especially the trufa bars yum yum

I am on day 2 am doing this with my OH so far so good

Good luck both of you. I'm now on day 4 and it's passed really quickly!!. (hope it does for you). Got my 1st headache today luckily it passed after a couple of hours. Felt really cold for last 2 days but please to say i feel great this evening so hopefully over the worst.
