need help really not getting far

    Hi everyone im 23 and 5'7 but I weigh 15st8lb which my bmi says is obese so I need to get a move on and I just want to be comfortable for the summer! My problem is I am the FUSSIEST person to try to diet I hate everything healthy! Ive started slimming world but im not doing so good at finding filling meals that I like... can anybody give me some advice please? Thanks xx

    Just try to introduce healthier things one at a time, over a long period. That's what I did. Too much at once will just put you off the whole process. I now eat more fruit and veg than I have for years, but also still live on ready meals, lol. xx

    At some point you have to accept that your fussiness is contributing to your weight problem and if you want to change one you have to be prepared to change the other too. What do you eat and not eat at the moment. Veggies are easy to get into you diet blended into soups and sauces, or grated into curries, chilli, stews, and pasta dishes. Take spag bol. you can have onion, grated carrot and courgette, passata and chopped tomatoes in it, all of which counts towards your superfree and will boost your losses.

    Try to adapt meals that you already like rather than finding a whole new range of recipes. I'm a fussy eater but I've actually started liking new things as it changes your tastes completely, but it was difficult at first! PatchworkPuss is right, being fussy hugely impacts your weight, but if you're willing to try (even if you don't like) new things, that's a step in the right direction!
