    unit diet
    been doing ww for 3 days now so thought i would start a food diary to log everything i it good or bad!!

    heres what ive had the last 2 days....feel free to comment here if you like and PLEASE point out any cock up's i make lol :p

    23 points a day

    brekkie= 30g porridge oats (1.5)
    3/4pt skim milk (1.5)
    small banana (1)
    apple (0.5)

    lunch= small chicken breast (2)
    salad (0)

    snack= 10g pumpkin seeds (1)
    60g raisins (2)

    tea= 50g dried weight pasta (2.5)
    small chicken breast (2)
    homemade tomato/veg sauce (0)

    snack= lolly (1.5)
    ww toffee bar (1.5)
    snack a jacks salted popcorn (0.5)
    walkers baked crisps (1.5)

    drinks= 2 litre water
    points used= 19
    points saved= 4

    ww cheese bites (1)

    snack= small banana (1)
    30g raisins (1)

    tea= 120g prawns (2)
    78g avocado (3)
    large salad (0)

    snacks= iced gems (1.5)
    rainbow drops (0.5)
    ww crisps (1)
    options hot chocolate sachet (0.5?)

    drinks= over 2 litre water
    points used= 19
    points saved= 4

    hopefully ive worked out my points for the last 2 days right!!

    How many grams of rainbow drops is 0.5 points? I have an 80g bag here. Thanks :)

    Weight Watchers
    Its a small 14g bag thats 0.5 point

    The 43 g bag is 1.5

    Maybe divide yours into smaller portions
