been doing ww for 3 days now so thought i would start a food diary to log everything i eat...be it good or bad!!

heres what ive had the last 2 days....feel free to comment here if you like and PLEASE point out any cock up's i make lol :p

lunch= small chicken breast (2)

small chicken breast (2)
homemade tomato/veg sauce (0)

snack= lolly (1.5)
ww toffee bar (1.5)
snack a jacks salted popcorn (0.5)
walkers baked crisps (1.5)

drinks= 2 litre water
points used= 19
points saved= 4

rainbow drops (0.5)
ww crisps (1)
options hot chocolate sachet (0.5?)

drinks= over 2 litre water
points used= 19
points saved= 4

hopefully ive worked out my points for the last 2 days right!!
 
Its a small 14g bag thats 0.5 point

The 43 g bag is 1.5

Maybe divide yours into smaller portions
